The trust of your surroundings, turned into advantage
The social license is a condition of continuity, not a formality. We help you measure it, understand it and strengthen it, so your operation grows hand in hand with the communities.

Why measure social risk
EY’s 2026 risks and opportunities study for mining and metals keeps the social license among the sector’s top ten risks, and academic research estimates that a world-class mining project can lose around USD 20 million per week of delay when conflict with the community halts production (Franks, Davis et al., 2014).
Our consulting combines three products: measuring the acceptance of the operation (SLO), measuring households’ living conditions (IPM) and training the teams that manage the relationship with the territory. That way, management knows where the social risk is, what explains it, what investment reduces it and who has the skills to manage it.
